As wedding storytellers and videographers, we're here to make your wedding day memorable and a milestone experience as smoothest as possible. 

With that, this one-page cheat sheet, about our approach and what you can expect prior, during, and after.

before the wedding day

We'll touch base with you and/or wedding coordinator months in advance about your wedding day. Walk you through a set of wedding questions that we have created over the years. There will be two questionnaires, creative and technical, about your wedding day in preparation for the video team.

These questionnaires prompt about the wedding day, such as, main captures, locations, itinerary, and additional details. It's common to not have all of these answers right away, as things can change and become refined as the wedding date becomes closer.

during the wedding day

Our videographers will be aware of your questionnaires, schedule, and details that were introduced months ago. The video team usually will arrive early, usually between 30 to 45 minutes for prep.

This allows them to prep equipment, scout out the venue, sync up with vendors, and check in with you. Throughout the day, they'll capture wedding moments and guide you and your wedding party for the main captures and details.

We carry cameras and equipment around, but we're people at the end of the day, if you have anything in mind, please let us know. We want to ensure you look your absolute best and feel at ease for your wedding day celebration.

after the wedding day

This is where your films are crafted.

All of your wedding film memories are double archived and backed, which means, there will be three (3) copies at all times to ensure existence and back up.

Nearing the middle to end of this stage, we'll likely reach out for feedback on music, pacing, and details you might want to include/exclude from the wedding films.

For music, we use licensed music that does not conflict with copyrighted or flagging. Which means, you can upload it anywhere without having to worry of getting in trouble with the internet.

We're confident in getting the films mostly there (80% to 90%) on first preview, with room for details and adjustments. Occasionally, we'll go into a second revision, but this does not happen often.

Depending on the wedding season and demand, there's a chance this could go longer or shorter than the average expected delivery times.

For final delivery, the films will live in your own digital theater (password protected). This is the alternative page for gallery playback as well.

You can view and download your wedding films directly from the gallery.
